Bloated, burnt out + blindly guessing.

I was over-fed but starved at the cellular level—swollen with inflammation + completely unsupported. No roadmap, no mentorship, no reverence for what my body had just done.

I thought feeling like sh*t was just part of the deal—like motherhood was supposed to swallow me whole.

Still drowning—just in different waters.

I was overwhelmed, inflamed, + spinning in circles. Chasing control through calorie tracking, punishment workouts, + nightly binges I swore I’d stop doing. I didn’t know how to nourish myself—I only knew how to restrict, obsess, + overcorrect.

I hated how I looked, but even more than that, I hated how I felt: disconnected, desperate, + completely out of sync with my own body.

There was no sustainability, no softness, no sacredness. Just survival.

Postpartum #3

I entered this pregnancy depleted to the bone. Raw vegan, post-bodybuilding, obsessed with shrinking myself—physically, emotionally, spiritually. I was praised for my “discipline,” but the truth? I was starving.
